My Thoughts about food are simple -keep it clean, good looking and make sure it tastes great. I strive to be knowledgeable of International Cooking and use the very best ingredients available. I am a chef instructor at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, Colorado and have been in the food service industry for over thirty years. Fine dining has been the majority of my experience. I cook foods from around the world. Fatherhood and gardening are my most rewarding pleasures.
